Alexis Voulgaropoulos

Howdy! I'm Alexis and I'm a PhD candidate in chemical engineering. In my research, I study the physical mechanisms behind chemical recycling of plastics, hoping that one day, my research will contribute to a plastics circular economy. Outside of my PhD, I love to explore the foothills and Santa Cruz Mountains via bike. As an oSTEM graduate liaison, I help run coffee/boba chats and joint UCSD/Berkeley/Stanford events.
